Returns & Exchanges Policy

As Glowjar Beauty products are personal care items intended for personal use only, and all orders are placed based on the customer’s personal selection and preference, we do not accept exchanges or returns after an order has been delivered due to a change of mind, fragrance preference, or any other personal reason.

We kindly ask you to carefully review your selected products and fragrances before completing your purchase.

At Glowjar Beauty, every order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives correctly and in excellent condition. However, if you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, or if there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product packaging, you may submit an exchange or return request, which will be reviewed accordingly.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you experience any of the situations mentioned above, kindly contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchange, return, or compensation requests submitted after this period.
